A slow, sweet pause in a box. Nelson-based Biohoney's Master Beekeeper Native Bush Honey is raw honey, freshly harvested from native forests in the South Island. It is never heated beyond natural hive temperatures, so it keeps its natural enzymes and full flavour. Mild and lightly sweet-scented, it's lovely on toast or stirred into a cup of tea.
Pair it with Zealong organic black loose leaf tea, and finish with Ali Davies' South Island Mountain Daisy tea towel for a touch of the high country. It's a thoughtful gift for one who likes to start the day slowly.
