Where do you deliver?
Our selective range of gift items deliver nationwide across New Zealand. On request, we can deliver overseas depending on the brand and product.
Do you deliver internationally?
If you wish to deliver overseas, please contact our team via email and assess the shipping requirements to the country in regards to any product restrictions, size and weight to make arrangements.
All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars.
How do you arrange the delivery?
We use NZ Post for our local and international deliveries to ensure efficiency and quality of your gifts to be delivered to your door. However, we are not liable and unable to control what happens outside of our dispatch address.
What is your shipping fee?
Our delivery rates are fixed for your convenience. In the event of large quantities or rush orders we may need to send you a quote at a different delivery rate.

*Outside of the Aukland metro area: The delivery times are approximate as they can be affected by weather and road conditions, and remote locations may incur additional delivery time during busy shipping periods.. A delivery may arrive earlier than stated above, but no liability is accepted for deliveries arriving later than stated.

If you wish to add a signature upon delivery option, there is a $1 extra charge per parcel.
How do I track my order?
An order tracking number will be sent to you via email after your order is received and processed by our team.
Can I cancel my order after checkout?
No cancellation is accepted once payment has been received, and refunds will not be issued.
If the person is not at home, will you deliver the gift?
NZ Post and our local courier usually provide the authority to leave the gift box at your recipient's address or a safe place if unattended, or with a colleague or reception at their workplace if they are unavailable. If 'signature on delivery' is requested and the recipient is unavailable at the address at time of delivery,, a card will be left to collect the parcel from their local post office or agent, or redelivery will be arranged.
